Shipping Policy

At Nayak Consulting, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Our Shipping Policy outlines the process and terms of shipping for all our products.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. We ensure that your products are securely packaged and dispatched swiftly to reach you in perfect condition.

Dispatch Time

Orders are shipped within 3 days from the date of order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. The delivery timeline is subject to courier company/post office norms.

Delivery Address

Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery of our services will be confirmed via email at the email ID specified at the time of registration. Please check your email for the delivery confirmation and tracking information.

Shipping Costs

If there are any shipping costs levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as applicable), these costs are not refundable. Please review the shipping costs at the time of purchase to understand any additional charges.

Disclaimer

The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Return Policy

We offer a refund or exchange within the first 2 days from the date of your purchase. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind. In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange:

  • The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must have original packaging.
  • If the item was purchased on sale, it may not be eligible for a return/exchange.
  • Only items found to be defective or damaged are eligible for replacement upon request.

You agree that certain categories of products/items are exempt from returns or refunds. Such categories will be identified to you at the time of purchase. For exchange/return requests (as applicable), once your returned product/item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the returned/exchanged product.

Further, if the return/exchange request is approved after our quality check, your request will be processed in accordance with our policies.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellations may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to sellers/merchant(s) and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or if the product is out for delivery.
  • In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

Non-Cancellable Items

Nayak Consulting does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team.
  • The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant has checked and determined the same at its own end.
  • This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of products.

Product Not as Expected

  • If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The customer service team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

Warranty Issues

For products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer to them for any warranty-related issues.

Refunds

  • In case of any refunds approved by Nayak Consulting, it will take 10 days for the refund to be processed to you.
